Vedi Noviana Suherman currently serves as Commissioner of PT METRANET. With over 20 years of experience as an Auditor, Vedi has worked at various representative offices of the Badan Pengawas Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) across Indonesia.

His career then led him to the Ministry of SOEs, PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia, and PT Pelindo II. He held several key positions, including Head of Administration of Inspectorate at the Ministry of SOEs from 2010-2014, member of the Risk Management Monitoring Committee at PT Pelindo II from 2014-2015, Head of the Energy & Mining Business Sub-Division at the Ministry of SOEs from 2014-2015, and Head of the Equipment and Household Sub-Division at the Ministry of SOEs from 2015-2016.

Vedi’s expertise in Audit and Risk Management earned him roles as Commissioner at PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen from 2016 to 2019, and as Commissioner of PT PG Rajawali I from 2019-2021.
