Benny Susatyo currently serves as the Vice President of SCALA at METRANET. He previously held several key positions, including VP of Digital Advertising at METRANET (2015), Board of Advisor for Uzone.id (2017-present), Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Uzone.id (2016-2017), and participant in the Global Talent Program at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia in the United Kingdom and Spain (2013-2014).

Benny graduated with a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Telkom University in 1996. In 2006, he continued his education, earning a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia. He also obtained CISCO CCNA and CCNP certifications. In 2017, Benny completed the PWI Journalist Competency Test & Indonesian Press Council certification. Additionally, he contributed to an international publication titled The Implementation of Anti-Spamming SMS Application to Prevent SMS Criminal Deception and SMS Fraud in Telkom Flexi, presented at the 14th IEEE International Conference on Management of Innovation and Technology in Bangkok, Thailand, in 2008.
